Manage roles and seats
Assign roles, enable apps, and give members the seats they need.
Roles
Owners/admins manage billing and apps; members use assigned apps.
Assigning seats
From Members, select a user, choose the app, and assign a seat. Owners/admins only.
Removing seats
Removing a seat removes access immediately and updates billing on the next cycle.
Troubleshooting
If a member cannot see an app, check role, seat availability, and whether the app is enabled.
