Common questions about access, seats, and billing.
Who can manage billing?
Owners and admins. Members do not see billing links.
How do I assign a seat?
Go to Members, select the user, and assign the app seat. Owners/admins only.
What happens if I remove a seat?
The user loses access to that app immediately. Billing adjusts on the next cycle per your plan.
Where can I download invoices?
Billing page → Invoices section.
I cannot see an app I expect.
Check if your org has seats for that app and if your role has access. Owners/admins can enable apps and assign seats.
